Hi there.. my name is Tim Anderson and this is my blog.
I am a Father, Grandfather and happily Married for 48 years now living in a small town in South Central Minnesota. The Good Lord has blessed us with 3 children and 6 Grandchildren which are our pride and joy as well as keeping us on the run!

I recently retired from a 35 year career in Industrial and Commercial sales of Emergency Power Systems, Air Filtration and HVAC equipment for Mechanical Contractors. I was fortunate to be able to provide a good life for my family and while we had our share of challenges along the way, I don’t have the classic rags to riches story so many of the “Online Gurus” claim to have. You will never see me showing flashy cars or luxury homes, most of which are fake or rentals anyway!
While I am enjoying my retirement and all the freedom it brings I felt there was always something missing. I came to realize that despite having a respectable income while working we never had the flexibility to be in control of our time. Throughout my career I always was exploring Online Opportunities and had the vision of being able to create a self sustaining business from scratch, something I could call my own.
My core mission in life is to provide security, peace of mind and a bright future for my wife and family, and Help others to do the same.
So now that I have more time I have started this Blog to share with you the tools and resources that I have discovered that are most effective and those that I believe in. Since this blog is branded under my name I can do what ever the heck I want with it and will at times wander off into other areas that I enjoy such as Travel and Hobbies I enjoy or other things I discover along the way!
As Paul Harvey would say: “And now, the rest of the story”….
The route to where I am today has been quite the a challenge. Throughout my life, I’ve had a penchant for launching online businesses, but my battles with self-doubt and perfectionism always led me to quit prematurely.
Here’s a glimpse into how it typically played out: I’d embark on a new venture, passionately hunched over my computer, carefully planning all the details. I’d invest endless hours crafting the branding, web designs, forms, logos,, social media pages – even going as far as registering my business name and opening bank accounts. I’m almost embarrassed to admit how many beautiful business cards and websites I’ve designed! ***
The catch was that everything had to be just right before I could even think about a launch. I’d dedicate months to planning and fine-tuning, all in an attempt to gather enough confidence to share my work with friends and family. It was my way of playing it safe, dodging the fear of rejection and failure.
When I did eventually launch, I’d excitedly announce it to my inner circle, hoping for their enthusiasm to match mine. However, this approach often backfired. You see, when you share your entrepreneurial identity, you begin to internalize it as who you are. This newfound status would give me a premature sense of accomplishment, and paradoxically, it made me less likely to succeed.***
Then came the challenge of marketing myself in the real world. Self-doubt crept in, making me question why anyone would want to work with a newbie lacking experience or a track record. This self-doubt often led to discouragement, causing me to retreat to my computer and, inevitably, quit – every single time. I never gave it my all, always trying to distance my personality from my business, thinking that if I didn’t reveal who I really was it wouldn’t matter if I bailed out. ***
But this blog represents a fresh start; it’s different in several ways:
I’ve learned enough about myself and from my marketing career and research into online marketing to make it work.
I launched without obsessing over perfection.
This blog is under my name, putting my personal brand front and center.
I won’t be sharing this adventure with friends or family until I’m making a solid and consistent monthly income. ***
It took me quite some time but Eventually, I lived up to my own expectations and achieved what I had worked for, being in charge of how I spend my time. After all, Time is our most valuable asset, and I hope to help others avoid another 30-40 years of the 9-5 grind! ***
Looking back, it took me longer than most to figure things out because I was always preoccupied with raising a family, serving on the School Board, being involved in Cub Scouts, and attending kids’ activities. I was perpetually concerned about appearances, fitting in, and achieving perfection. In the grand scheme of things, none of that mattered. Every struggle has brought me to where I am, and I wouldn’t exchange any of it for anything.
No matter where you are in your online adventure, I genuinely believe that you can do it too. My blog’s main purpose is to record my approach and tools so that we benefit from each other. Since most people are building a side income while working full-time, my goal is to equip you with strategies and tools to fast-track your growth.
Many podcasts, influencers, and popular bloggers began their journey many years ago, and their advice may not be relevant in the 2020s. As they’ve grown, their advice has become less practical and more generic. I plan to bring you the best of what is working today. ***
I’m not entirely certain where you stand in your online endeavors, but whether you’re initiating a side business to support your family, raking in substantial monthly earnings from your content, or merely cultivating passive income through affiliate marketing – my goal is to assist you in reaching your goals more quickly. Life is too short to not take a leap. ***
I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks for joining me here. Your dedication in reading this far is genuinely appreciated, and I hold in high regard every connection formed through this blog.

Thanks for reading, and I genuinely hope that the narrative of your life guides you toward serenity, liberation, and joy.
